EMWerks purchased this half-acre lot on Boise’s Central Bench in May of 2024 with an eye on the success of the food and beverage establishments around the intersection of Latah and Alpine Streets. The 4,800 SF building and parking are leased and the property is managed by EMWerks.

Pre-development work is underway to re-develop the site into an urban mixed-use multifamily project, 10 S Latah.
